Jim comes to Iowa Technology Services with 15 years of computer experience, 10 years as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Jim has designed several networks from the ground up and re-designed several others. He is an A+ Certified Computer Technician. As the General Manager he is responsible for all company operations and provides guidance and support to our other staff and customers.
